If you are travelling between cities, you post your trip and spare capacity. Senders on that route can book you to carry their parcel, and you get paid for the space you offer. You choose which parcels to accept, and the price is agreed before the trip.

Payment is held securely in escrow when a booking is confirmed. The carrier is only paid once the parcel is delivered and the handover is confirmed, so both the sender and the carrier are protected throughout the trip.
